When you become more comfortable speaking and do all the things I teach you to do, such as prepare, practice, use confidence building techniques, etc, then your hands will do what they need to do. The most important thing is to make sure your hands are not representing your nervousness. If you tend to fidget with your hands or move them around a lot, it can be very distracting to your audience and you may not appear very confident in what you are talking about. Keep your hands by your side, relax them, and let them do what they want to do if it's not a nervous habit. If you do this, your hands may enhance your presentation by describing what you are talking about. For example, if you talk about going from here to there, your hands may motion to the left and then to the right, without you ever realizing it, which is a good thing.
