Three Month Corporate Program
Three Month Public Speaking Program for a Team of Professionals who Create and Deliver Presentations.
Your Presentations have a huge impact on the growth of your business. This program is a no-brainer for any organization that has a staff who makes presentations to clients, potential clients, or to anyone who can help grow your company.
Before you can deliver a great presentation, you need to create a great presentation. The content has to be there in order for someone to deliver it in a confident, dynamic, and engaging way. This program is designed to help you get your entire team of presenters in excellent public speaking shape so that they can create and deliver presentations that produce the results you want!
Each one of your team members gets three sessions of individual presentation skills coaching. Three sessions are ideal for each presentation they give. Depending on how many people participate in the program and their availability, will depend on how much time there is in between each session (i.e. 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks).
Below is a guideline that is used for each session. However, depending upon the person and presentation, we may use the sessions differently than stated below. For example, we may need to have several sessions to work on the content before spending too much time on delivery. Or, we may need to spend less time on the content and more on delivery, etc.
Session 1
Discuss previous presentations (what worked, what didn’t), discover areas to work on, review goals and content of current or next presentation and receive some delivery coaching and tips that will have your team members improving their public speaking immediately.
Session 2
Based on suggestions and assignments from previous session, team members bring their revised presentation to the session. They will present it and will receive feedback on how to enhance the content even more, as well as receive coaching on their delivery skills so that they can improve immediately.
Session 3
Based on suggestions from previous session, team members will bring back an even better revised presentation and will deliver it and receive more feedback and coaching on how to deliver it with great impact. The focus here is mainly on the delivery.
How It Works
Jacki Rose comes to your organization one day per week (preferably the same day each week) for three months. She will meet with a few of your team members on an individual basis. Each week she will meet with different team members, as they will be on a rotating schedule. For example, Team Members, Janet, Doug, and Katie may meet weeks 1 and 3, and Team Members Richard, Susan, and Michael will meet on weeks 2 and 4. Depending on how many team members you have and their schedules, it could be that each team member meets with Jacki once per month.
You can have 2-4 Team Members receive coaching each week. Below is a proposed time schedule on how it would work with the number of people you would have. You will see that the less people, the more time they get.

2 people per day 2 hours each: 9:30 – 11:30 am 12:15-2:15 pm
3 people per day 1.5 hours each: 9:30 – 11:00 am, 11:15 -12:45 pm, 1:15 – 2:45 pm
4 people per day 1 hour each 9:30 am – 10:30 am, 10:45 am – 11:45 am, 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm, 1:45 pm – 2:45 pm
Example of how many people you can get coached in just three months where they all get 3 sessions each.
If you have 16 people on your team, each one can get one session per month if you do the 4/people per day option.
If you have 8 people on your team and want them to get more coaching sessions, you can have them meet twice per month if you go with the 4/people per day option.
If you have 6 people on your team and want them to get 2 hours each time they meet, each person can have a session every 3 weeks for 3 months.
There are several different ways you can divide the time up and I will work with you and make appropriate suggestions that I feel will be the best for you and your team.

The cost of this entire program is up to you. You have three options to chose from. It will cost you $9,000, $10,000, or $12,000 depending on how you are able to pay for this program.
1 – One payment: $9,000 Pay the entire amount in advance with signed contract. Best Value! Save $3,000.
2 – Two Payments: $10,000 Pay in two installments of $5,000. One before the first day and one half way through.
3 – Three Payments: $12,000 Pay in three installments of $4,000. Due prior to the first day and then by the first day of the following two months).
Included in the fees listed below, your team members can stay in touch with Jacki Rose. They can send her revised presentations for feedback, they can call and ask her questions about their upcoming presentation, they can call and discuss any situation they need to in regards to their public speaking and upcoming presentations.
